  1. I would ask you to re read my blog title where I said "and other periods".To me that means I will include other subjects then AWI.

    Cheers

  3. Hi Christopher this guy is outstanding and your basing, wow.

The bubbling tar effect is very special.

I know you will say it was pretty easy to acheive with little BB balls or something but it's well impressive.

  4. Tyvm!

Very nice guess on the beads.:-)
Actually the bubbles were a pain in the rear!LoL!

I had to cut hard plastic beads in half and drill holes in the base to correct size or they fell through. Then I glued them firmly into place often gluing my clumsy fingers to beads in the process!LoL!

  5. Hi Christopher,

Fantastic brushwork on this miniature. Everything just illuminates with brillance.

You can guess I just love the dead, can't you!

    Ciao,

  6. Christopher - that's pretty amazing; absolutel top quality painting. But I'm glad that your talents are being directed to the AWI and not more GW gory-ness! Lovely sculpt though, I agree.

    TYVM Everyone!

Sadly Giles, nobody does AWI at my club except one person who doesn't collect for it and the other lives a few hundred kilometers away that I can play once a year maybe.:-(

AWI is a personal project of mine that I mainly paint for own enjoyment with the hope that one day I'll have enough to field whole armies for both sides so I can actually play.It just takes time as I'm trying to keep the standard high for the AWI material.

I have many topics that interest me and also some commitments that lead to other subjects being posted, but I promise I will always keep adding more AWI material here and there when time permits. After all the header for the blog is AWI related and does point to my intent.
My dream game would be playing with your collection for a large AWI battle.Hopefully you guys will do another and honor me with chance to join in.:-)

Ty all for your support as I really appreciate it!!:-)

    Cheers
    Christopher
